Daytrip Disclaimer: Daytrips are contracted to provide a service to the ITT Office and its customers. The prices of these tours include transportation only. Entrance Fees are extra unless otherwise stated. Admission fees are either paid directly to the admission gate or to the tour escort on the day of departure. If group discount rates apply, all admissions are payable in British Pounds only. Trips will be canceled if the minimum participants of 30 persons is not reached. While every effort will be made to ensure that a tour goes out as scheduled, ITT reserves the right to substitute the touring coach with a minivan if the minimum numbers are not met. If canceled the ITT Office will notify the lead passenger for the trip at least one day prior to departure. The ITT Office is not responsible for any patron who cannot be contacted on their duty or home telephone numbers provided by the customer. It is suggested that the customer contact the ITT Office at ext 226-2979 (01638 52 2979) at least one day prior to departure to confirm that the trip has reached its minimum numbers and that the departure time has not been changed, in case the ITT Office has encountered difficulty in contacting the patron of a canceled tour. ITT cannot be held responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the pick up or return meeting points at the established time.
REFUND POLICY - A COMPLETE REFUND WILL BE MADE UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Unexpected work commitment for military members verified in writing by Squadron Commander
- Emergency Leave. The ITT Office must be notified prior to tour departure.
- The ITT Office cancellation of a tour.
DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND SMOKING ON THE COACH IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! While every effort has been made to ensure that opening times are correct, changes may occur. ITT is unable to accept any responsibility for innaccuracies that may occur, nor any inconvenience that may arise from changes in opening/closing times.

SunFun Disclaimer: I understand that it is my responsibilty to provide all required travel documents for myself, my family, and any visiting persons. (ID cards + Orders + Leave paperwork are usually sufficient for any continental tour - HOWEVER- please check with your orderly room for requirements). **Note** You must have a tourist passport for Ireland! Passport holders other than US or EU countries should consult their embassies for any possible visa requirements. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH YOUR ID CARD ONLY!
I understand that it is my responsibility to be at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The ITT Office is not responsible for persons missing coach departure at any point during the tour, for any reason whatsoever. There are NO REFUNDS for failing to be on time for the bus departure or for not being at the correct meeting points at the correct times. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the ITT office within 3 days of departure in order to obtain the correct departure times. It is also essential to provide a current phone number where you can be contacted in the event of any time or departure location changes. It is not the responsibility of the ITT office if messages left at your office are not given to you, or if the number that you provide is incorrect and we are unsuccessful in contacting you because of this.
These trips are through contracted agencies. The ITT Office, 48th Services, and USAFE act only as agents for various contractors and are in no way responsible or liable for their obligations, accidents, delays, or losses. Display of information and booking arrangements are provided as a service and therefore do not imply endorsement of any commercial business or product.
Purchasing insurance is strongly reccommended. This should insure that you recieve a full refund, less any excess fee, for cancellations that occur within 14 days of travel. You are free to cancel at any time outside of 14 days prior to departure. Within 14 days of travel, without insurance, or the transfer supplement offered by the ITT office will result in A LOSS OF ALL MONIES PAID, AND ANY BALANCE REMAINING WILL STILL NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING EMERGENCY DUTY REQUIREMENTS. Full refunds without insurance are only given if the contractor cancels the tour. Transfer insurance must be purchased outside of 14 days prior to travel.

SunFun Transfer Supplement: You are free to make a cancellation of a SunFun tour at any time outside of 14 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DEPARTURE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE BY THE PASSENGER. If you do not choose to purchase the optional TRANSFER SUPPLEMENT, you HAVE NO CLAIM in case of your cancellation and therefore, would result in LOSS OF ALL MONIES PAID and ANY BALANCE OUTSTANDING. We have introduced a transfer supplement to offer a viable alternative to insurance, particularly where cancellation is due to military commitment. A transfer supplement taken for each person on the tour will ensure that each person has transfer coverage. THIS TRANSFER SUPPLEMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO MILITARY PERSONNEL AND THEIR DEPENDENTS.
The transfer supplement allows you to transfer to another tour within six months of the original tour date, as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before departureand you are able to support your cancellation with the following documentation:
1. Your Commander confirming in writing that your leave has been revoked and the reasoning behind it. 2. Your doctor issuing a sick note to say that you are too ill to travel. 3. A close family bereavement, which requires your immediate attendance.
The transfer supplement is not transferable to another person. It is intended for the named person, for whom it was purchased. Transferred monies may be used towards more than one tour within the six month period. It cannot be used towards extra excursions or transferred a second time. In case of a transfer, all requests must be directed to SunFun management, who will make the final decision. If a transfer becomes necessary, then the customer must notify ITT who will make the formal request to SunFun at least 24 hours before departure, with the appropriate documentation as described above. In the event that the ITT office is closed, it is the customer's responsibility to contact SunFun directly.
