Day One
We depart early morning and make our way up to Scotland, with several comfort breaks en-route, including the English-Scottish border at Carter Bar and a woollen mill in the famous town of Jedburgh. We hope to arrive in Edinburgh late afternoon. This evening we take you into Edinburgh so that you can explore one of the many family friendly pubs or perhaps you'd like to try a ghost walk (ask your Tour Manager for details).

Day Two
After breakfast, learn about the famous sites and historic events of the city with our Optional morning tour, including a Whisky Tasting Experience. The remainder of the day is free to explore the many sights and historic monuments Edinburgh has to offer. You may want to visit Edinburgh Castle or enjoy some of Edinburgh's shops. Perhaps you'd like to visit Hard Rock Café Edinburgh for those sought after souvenirs. This evening enjoy a real taste of Scotland by joining us on our Optional Scottish Evening, with a fine meal, entertainment and the chance to taste the famous Haggis (subject to availability).

Day Three
Following breakfast, we begin our journey home, travelling south to the cathedral city of Durham. This rich heritage site can trace its history back over 1000 years! Enjoy the beautiful architecture of the historic buildings or do some last minute shopping in the city's various shops. We arrive back to our pick up points mid-evening.
